To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policies apply:
1. Deposits
- A $75 deposit (via e-transfer) is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your final balance.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty (deposit will transfer to the new date).
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
3. No-Shows & Lateness
- If you no-show or arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
- A new deposit will be required to rebook.
4. Payment
- Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
- We currently accept e-transfer and cash as methods of payment.
5. Training Programs
- Training deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations for training must be made at least 14 days prior to start date to transfer deposit to a future course.
