By booking a service, purchasing training, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Services
Cosmetic Tattoo by Martina provides professional cosmetic tattooing services and training programs. All services are performed by a certified PMU artist and educator.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to book services or training. Proof of age may be required.
3. Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose relevant medical history, allergies, or skin conditions prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may result in service refusal, cancellation, or potential health risks for which we are not liable.
4. Results Disclaimer
Permanent makeup results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
5. Training
All training materials, course content, and techniques taught remain the intellectual property of Cosmetic Tattoo by Martina. Students may not reproduce, resell, or distribute training content without written permission.
6. Payment & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Training program fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.
7. Cancellations

8. Liability
We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions. Clients accept responsibility for their healing process.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
